If you have placed your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your items are in stock, we will do our best to pick, pack and dispatch your order the same day. This is not, however, guaranteed, so if you require your order urgently, please contact us. If the items you have ordered are not currently available for dispatch, we will contact you via email with an estimated dispatch date.
All orders will require a signature when delivered. If you know that you will not be at your home address on the date of expected delivery, please arrange for the goods to be sent to an alternative address, such as your work place, to avoid missing your delivery. We are happy to write delivery instructions on the parcel/label, however, please bear in mind that these are not always seen/followed by delivery companies.
Our standard delivery option is a Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service (charged at £3.95) which is usually delivered in 2-3 working days but can take longer to remote locations or during busy periods. If you require speedy delivery, please select an express option when checking out. If the courier company fail to deliver on the expected date or time, please notify us as soon as possible.
Sometimes we send your order in more than one delivery due to stock availability. If this is the case, you will only be charged for shipping once, unless you have requested a split shipment at your own expense.
Our outgoing parcels are sorted by size and weight. Smaller parcels (generally under 2kg) will be shipped via Royal Mail; while larger and heavier parcels will be handled by DPD or similar courier. Please provide a contact telephone and email address when checking out. This will ensure you receive courier notifications with updates about your delivery and options for nominating a safe place for your parcel to be left. We may at times use different couriers as necessary.
Your order should normally arrive within 3-5 working days. However please allow up to 10 working days in case of any postal delays. We will send you an email to let your know your goods are on their way and tracking numbers for most orders will be included in your dispatch notification email.
This option is available on items which are in stock and on orders we receive before 2pm placed Monday to Friday. Items will be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery service. Please note, certain areas of the UK, such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, may take an additional working day to arrive. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday for express delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us to discuss on 01787 883138.
Please note, for delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to select 'Jersey' or 'Guernsey' as the country on your delivery address and not 'United Kingdom' during checkout. This ensures you pay the correct shipping fee and are not charged VAT. If you select 'United Kingdom', we will have to cancel your order and you will need to re-order. In the unlikely event that an order is dispatched to the Channel Islands placed with 'United Kingdom' as the country, we are not able to refund VAT charged.
Delivers are sent via a Royal Mail international service or DPD courier or similar. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that ClimeMET are not liable for. Delivery to EU countries may take up to 15 days. Delivery to any other country may take up to 21 working days.
Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 5 working days and to the rest of the world within 7 working days, however these timings are estimates and your order may take longer to arrive. Courier delivery timings for Europe and the rest of the world will vary.
Please note, international deliveries may be held at customs for payment by your local government. We cannot accept liability for items that are not paid for or that are not collected.

Please note, international shipping charges displayed at checkout will be verified against a real-time bespoke shipping quote based on the items ordered and destination country after your order has been placed. If the amount charged does not cover the cost to ship your item to you, we will contact you with the outstanding amount to pay, or offer you the option to cancel your order. You are welcome to arrange collection of your order yourself if you would rather, or contact us in advance of placing your order for a real-time quote.
